No android apps produced by Google for android are open source and don’t/never appear[ed] in the AOSP. Youtube, Market, Gmail and Google sync services are only included in ROMs shipping on devices and in the official ADP/ION ROMs on HTC’s website. Cyanogen didn’t have permission to redistribute those apps.
Cyanogen leaked the market before it was included in a ROM shipping on a phone, so they took action.

uhm htc already developed sense ui that runs on top of stock android. it includes multitouch and flash 9 content

Android Market is __NOT__ included in Android Open Source project. (search for “Cyanogen incident” for more information)
So why the hell new Android market is in these video??

HTC doesn’t have to make an effort. The iPhone is a self-destructive device, inevitably.
Limiting your market to one specific device, is stupid.
Android market will surpass the Itunes Market purely because of the soon-to-be many more devices that will support Android…
